The Chakras
These are spinning cone shaped 'energy' centers in our body, and are part of our aura. They help carry energy to different parts of our body. They give your body ‘life force’. Healers concentrate on these energy centers to help people heal.
There are many chakras throughout the body; however, there are 7 that are easily seen as part of the human aura.
Each Major Chakra is about 7-8cm. Each one spins and has a certain color and has a part to play in your body with your vital organs and making sure they work correctly. The colors of the chakra are not the same as the colors of the Aura.
1st Chakra - Root/Base
Color Red.
The Root is the foundation and gives us a feeling of being 'grounded'. When it's spinning in the right way, you feel secure and happy. It gives you the happiness in life.
It helps the kidneys, spinal column, adrenals, teeth, nails and bones.
If people have a problem with circulation of the blood, tiredness, not happy and feel drained then the Root Chakra could be blocked.

2nd Chakra - Sacral
Color Orange.
This Chakra is the spirit of health. It helps our emotions and can help how we feel toward people. Our imagination and artistic talents come from here.
It helps the water of the body.
If people have problems with jealousy, stomach problems, problems in the bladder, kidneys or have stiff back, then this chakra could be blocked.

3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus
Color Yellow
This Chakra is where we feel warmth and happiness
It helps with our liver, stomach, appendix, parts of our intestines.
If people have problems with eating, lack of sleep, headaches, skin irritation and worry, then this chakra could be blocked.

4th Chakra - Heart
Color Green
This chakra is related to how we feel about people and how we love them. It links to the heart and helps the blood circulation.
It can help people with problems with high blood pressure, heart and lung problems and colds.

5th Chakra - Throat
Color Blue
This chakra helps us communicate. If you find that you cannot tell people how you feel, then this chakra could be blocked.
It helps with throat problems and ear problems.
If people have problems with ears, throat, lack of imagination, then this chakra could be blocked.

6th Chakra - Brow/Third eye
Color Indigo
This is the chakra that helps us with our imagination and intuition. It also links to our 'higher self' and helps us see spiritually.
This chakra helps our lower brain, left eye, ears, nose, mouth, and nervous system.
Some people who have headaches and nightmares may have this chakra blocked.

7th Chakra - Crown
Color Violet
This chakra connects us to the spiritual world. It protects us from any spiritual harm.
This helps with the right eye and the upper brain.
