Angels - Kids with Gifts

For a long time this has question has been asked, everyone has a Spirit Guide but you can also call upon the Angels for help and guidance.

What is the difference between an Angel and a Spirit Guide?

Angels are not human, but a creation of God. They have never been to the earth like you and I, in human form.

Yet there are two archangels who are said to be the ascended spirits of humans: Archangel Metatron was given the role of an angel for his services to God whilst he was a (human) man. Other sources say that Archangel Sandalphon was once prophet Elijah.

A Spirit Guide is a human who has passed on, but is now watching over you, to guide and advise.   

Spirit Guides and Angels are all part of your ‘team’ of helpers. Both of them love you unconditionally and respect your free will. They will never make decisions for you.

What is a Guardian Angel?

We all have angels, we are given an angel when we are born and they will be with us all the time.  

Their role is to help and protect you but will never interfere with something you really want to do (free will).

Many people often wonder how one guardian Angel, such as Archangel Michael can be there for many people at one time. Well they can, the Angel (celestial) realms are highly evolved and they work under God’s love and therefore can project as much support out to those who need it at one time. There are no rules within the Universe under God’s love and this is what we must remember.   

We also have a guiding Angel, and just like our guides, they can change depending on the lessons we need to learn at that particular time in our life.

Have Angels existed since the beginning of time?

Yes! Angels were created in the beginning and the Spirit that is within us, was made later, but we are not sure whether Angels were created just before or just after the beginning of the world.

How can an Angel help us?

Angels will help you in many ways. Just ‘knowing that your Angel is there to watch over you is a comfort. They do not understand our problems, like the need for toys, games, fashionable clothes as they have never lived like us but they will help you and make sure you meet the right people in your life to help. Angels are very good at sending love and support.

  You must remember that Angels are not allowed to interfere with our life plan. We have free will and they will never interfere with this. Only when WE ask for their help will they offer their support.

How do you ask an Angel to help you?

Well you simply ask! You can either ask them out loud or in your head. I tell Charlie to ask the angels for protection, when he has bad dreams. He tells me he gets embarrassed to ask them out loud, so I tell him to think of them in his head.

  He then wakes up the following day and tells me how the Angels helped him! It’s amazing. Anyone can do it; you just need to believe that they will help you.

  However, respect them and remember it’s important to thank them for the help that they have given you. You can also light a candle (with the help of an adult) put a crystal out for them or pray for them.

What do angels look like?

There have been many sighting of Angels over many years, and there are many of descriptions of angels, some of them very different. We often imagine Angels to have wings, and many religious books list angels as having wings. It is believed that the Archangel Gabriel has 140!

  People say that when we find or see an Angel feather, that this has come from their wings.

  Many people also see Angels with Halos, just like the ones that are seen on the traditional Christmas Cards.

What is an Archangel?

Archangels are the ‘ruling Angels’. There is an ‘Angelic hierarchy’ of Angels, with the Angels divided between three spheres.

  The archangels are the highest-ranking Angels and they control and make sure everything is balanced and working properly. The movements of the stars, the seasons, the water on earth, the plant and animal life are some of the things they control.

Are there other beings that look after us?

• Fairies – fairies, elves, gnomes and goblins are earth spirits and rule over flowers, plants, trees, sand and crystals
• Mermaids – are water spirits and rule over the water and the creatures that are associated with the water.
• Salamanders – are the 5 spirits who guard the secrets of fire energy and can be found in volcanoes.
• Sylphs – these are spirits of air and they carry our prayers to the angels.
• Devas – Devas are highly evolved and work with humans as guardians of sacred sites. They are also found in clear quartz crystals.

Are there Earth Angels?

Lots of us feel that we are put on this earth for a reason...we have a mission, and we often feel very different from others. You are not alone if this is how you feel.   

It may be that you are in fact an Earth Angel.   

If you are an Earth Angel you have been placed on this earth to create a difference in life and to help people grow spiritually. You are spreading the word of spiritual awareness. but know thatyoucan’t change them all but you will feel that you want to help heal the world.

Let me tell you a story. Someone once asked me what I wanted to do in life. I said I wanted to develop the way people look at spirituality so as to help the world become a much more spiritual place in order to begin to heal it of all its hurt and anger.   

So the next question was... ‘How are you going to do this?’ and my reply was by teaching as many people as I can about the wonderful gift that they possess and helping them become more spiritually aware so they could tell others.   

Some time after I started reading a book about Earth Angels and realised that what I wanted to achieve in life is in fact, the goal of an Earth Angel... I was shocked!!!

How do I know if I am an Earth Angel?

As an Earth Angel you accept that you have many journeys to take and may things that you have to achieve. God knows your master plan, which you have to accept and embrace.

For as long as I recall, I have had a strange ‘ringing’ in my ears and I never knew what was causing it. I recently found out that it was a characteristic of being an Earth Angel.

I will often find that strangers come up and tell me their inner most secrets within minutes of meeting them. I look at friends or passers by as if I am floating above them and really do not feel connected to the world in the same way that they are. If you can relate to what I am saying, then you need to be aware that you could also be an Earth Angel and are destined for much bigger tasks in life. So be prepared!
